- Signed 4-Point — carrier-standard format

Three forms, one appointment.
One booking
Tell us what your carrier asked for — we match the bundle.
One visit
Every system documented once, thoroughly, 60–90 minutes.
Three signed reports
Wind mit, 4-Point, and roof certification — each complete.
One delivery
Within 24 hours, to you or straight to your agent.
Close it out in a single appointment.
Each report complete. None of the visits repeated.
Three separate, fully signed deliverables from one coordinated inspection.
Wind mitigation (OIR-B1-1802)
The credit-earning form: all seven wind-resistant features documented to the 2026 state form, photographed at the truss, eave, and opening. Valid ~5 years.
4-Point inspection
Roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC — age, material, and condition in the standardized format underwriters require for older homes.
Roof certification
Slope-by-slope condition documentation with estimated remaining service life where the roof supports it — the renewal-season request, answered in advance.
One coordinated photo pack
The shared evidence base: every system photographed once, referenced by all three reports, delivered to you or your agent in one package, typically within 24 hours.
One visit against three appointments.
Same three signed reports either way — the bundle removes the trip charges and the scheduling rounds.

Brian Walker, CMI™
Every Lunar inspection is performed and signed by Brian Walker — an InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector and My Safe Florida Home participating inspector whose background includes contracted housing inspections supporting U.S. Army housing programs, with 20+ years of building, remodeling, and field experience behind the credential.
One inspector, one standard: contractor-grade evaluation, insurer-grade documentation, and a direct line to the person who actually walked your property.
Lunar Home & Commercial Inspections
Bundle questions, answered.
The three inspections Florida carriers most commonly request, in one visit: a wind mitigation (OIR-B1-1802), a 4-Point, and a roof certification — each a separate signed report, delivered together, typically within 24 hours.
One trip charge instead of three, one scheduling conversation, and one coordinated photo session — the systems overlap (the roof appears in all three reports), so bundling is genuinely more efficient, and the bundle is priced below the three services ordered separately. See pricing for current figures.
The wind mitigation report documents features that can earn premium credits under Florida law (§627.711), and the other two satisfy carrier underwriting requirements. But savings depend on your home's features, your carrier, and your policy — they vary, and they aren't guaranteed. What the bundle delivers is complete documentation.
Not always — it depends what your carrier asked for and what your home qualifies for. Newer homes often need only the wind mitigation; older homes usually need the 4-Point and benefit from the other two. Ask your agent, or call us and we'll help you match the bundle to the request.
Typically 60–90 minutes on site — less than half the time of three separate appointments — with all three signed reports typically delivered within 24 hours.
The standard behind every visit.

Photo-documented digital reports, most delivered within 24 hours, so inspection contingencies and carrier deadlines stay on track.
Technology on every visit
Thermal imaging and instrument diagnostics deployed whenever conditions call for them — documented in the same report.
Northeast Florida native
Coastal wind exposure, mid-century Jacksonville wiring, St. Johns new builds — we inspect what this region actually has.
Support after the report
Complimentary repair re-inspection verification and plain-English answers — the report is the start of the relationship, not the end.
